Patrick Fredricks

Board Member

Patrick Fredricks serves as the Deputy Director of the Southwest Colorado Education Collaborative, bringing over 15 years of experience in education, leadership development, and community engagement. His background includes event planning, project management, strategic leadership, and coaching individuals to recognize and maximize their strengths.

Patrick spent over a decade at Fort Lewis College in both the Admission Office and the Leadership Center, supporting students in their educational and professional journeys. He is also a certified Clifton Strengths Coach, helping individuals identify and apply their unique strengths in their work and personal lives. His Top 5 Strengths are Relator, Responsibility, Consistency, Adaptability, and Belief—qualities that align with his commitment to supporting and empowering others.

Patrick holds a bachelor's degree in Sport Management from Central Michigan University and a master's degree in Education from Western Carolina University.

When he’s not working or serving the community, Patrick enjoys spending time with his wife, their three children, and their two dogs.
