Crystal Robertson has called Durango, CO home for 16 years. She’s passionate about creating a community where girls, women, and families have the resources and support to become financially independent, self-sufficient, and successful at reaching their goals. For fun, Crystal loves to spend time with her husband and two daughters – camping, paddle boarding, and traveling. Crystal Robertson is a professional coach and consultant that helps leaders build high-performing organizations by aligning strategy with business outcomes and creating work environments where employees can thrive. Crystal holds a Master of Applied Industrial/Organizational Psychology degree from Colorado State University and is an Associate Certified Coach, accredited through the International Coaching Federation. She is certified as a Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt with expertise in change management and process improvement.
