Ashley Dreier is a technology and business leader and has spent 25 years leading technology and product organizations driving company strategies. She also has 11 years experience serving on public, private, and non-profit company boards. Ashley is passionate about supporting women in their personal growth and previously served as an advisory board member for the Women’s Technology Council helping women progress in their careers and move into technology roles. In her most recent executive role she spent 7 years as the Chief Information and Technology Officer leading the technology organization for HealthEquity. She led a team of over 700 technologists to develop and deliver the strategic products for the organization which helped the organization grow revenue over 800%. Prior to HealthEquity, Ashley held executive and leadership roles in technology and product development for 18 years at organizations in healthcare, financial services, and manufacturing industries. Ashley has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a master’s degree in Information Systems both from the University of Utah. She has been the recipient of several technology and leadership awards including CTO of the year from Utah Tech Council, Technology Leader of the Year from Women Tech Council, and Female Executive of the Year Banking/Finance from the Stevie Awards. Ashley loves spending time recreating outdoors and spending time with her two kids.
