With the roads finally melting out it’s time to start thinking of your training regimen if your participating in this year’s Iron Horse!
If it’s time to jump back on the bike, why not do it in a fun and supportive environment with the help of professional cyclist and personal trainer, Marisa Asplund.
This women specific group training series is designed for proficient riders (not beginners) who are open to learning and sharing new riding skills. All ages and speeds are welcome.
The program will consist of 8 different Saturday group rides with varying distances each week. There will also be four evening discussions which will cover proper training techniques, nutrition, race day information and plenty of time to ask questions from a pro.
The first group ride will be Saturday, April 1st.
Cost to participate in this series is only $180 and the proceeds will benefit the WRC!
