Colorado Legal Services
Pro-se (Do-it-yourself) Divorce & Custody Clinics
If you are filing for your own divorce or custody and need assistance, Colorado Legal Services offers a free clinic on the second Monday of each month. The clinic runs from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Durango Public Library. The clinic covers general information about Colorado family law, including divorce and custody. You’ll learn what papers you need to start the action, general procedures, issues to look out for, resources, and other information. Instructors do NOT provide legal advice on individual cases.
