Provides temporary shelter for individuals and families experiencing homelessness.  Programs for veterans experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness.

What is Affordable Housing?

Affordable Housing in the United States is generally defined as housing (including utilities) that costs no more than 30% of a family’s gross monthly income. Families who pay more than 30%  of their income for housing are considered cost burdened and may have difficulty affording other necessities such as food, clothing, transportation and medical care.
